I offer a sliding scale for my coaching and consulting services and try to keep things simple:
- Student/Limited Income/Nonprofit rate: $40/hour
- Professional/Small Business rate: $80/hour
- Executive/Corporate rate: $160/hour
Team and/or group workshops can be developed to suit specific needs and I do facilitate teams, groups, meetings, retreats, etc.
Packages and discounts are available.
Note - Given the current economy, more people than ever are seeking out coaches to be a sounding board and motivator in their life, work, and fitness goals...yet all of us are finding our financial resources constrained more than ever.
